Main Cast Earnings
Top billed actors on Game of Thrones earned significant per-episode pay, especially in later seasons. Reports indicate that lead performers such as Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke received six-figure salaries per episode by the final seasons, reflecting the series' global success and long-term contracts.
Guest and Recurring Actor Pay
Supporting and guest actors on Game of Thrones were typically paid per episode under guild-standard agreements. Rates varied widely depending on screen time, character prominence, and whether the role was recurring or a one-off appearance, with many performers earning amounts consistent with union minimums and negotiated bumps.
How Salaries Were Reported
Many figures come from trade publications and interviews rather than official studio disclosures. Contracts often include confidentiality clauses, so reported numbers are estimates based on reliable sources and industry norms.
