Astro-Seck Profection Year is a timeline technique that assigns a distinct year of life to each house in the chart, starting with the first house at birth and advancing one house per year. This article explains how the method works in practice, how to calculate your annual house for any given age, and how astrologers use it to focus forecasting on relevant themes such as health, work, relationships, and home life. It also compares the approach with other year-by-year techniques and outlines practical steps for interpreting progressions through the houses over time.
