Core Band Members Names of Fleetwood Mac
Fleetwood Mac is a British-American rock band founded in London in 1967. The rhythm section of drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie has remained the most consistent element throughout the group's history. Guitarist Peter Green was an early founding member before leaving the group in 1970. Their official discography lists these core names as the foundation of the band.
The Classic Lineup and Later Members
The classic lineup added Lindsey Buckingham on guitar and Stevie Nicks on vocals in 1974, creating the band's most commercially successful era. Christine McVie, who married John McVie, served as a key songwriter and keyboardist. After Buckingham departed in 2018, Mike Campbell and Neil Finn joined the band, continuing the legacy with the current members names.
