Curly Howard, born Jerome Lester Horwitz and best known as the wildly expressive, childlike third stooge of The Three Stooges, died in 1952 at age 48. While his on-screen chaos and iconic “woob woob woob” antics shaped classic slapstick, the details of his family life are less documented in popular memory. For enduring curiosity about the trio’s legacy, the focus remains on Curly’s enduring influence on comedy and the sparse, factual record of his descendants.
