Current Number of Open Sweetie Pie’s Locations
As of mid-2025, Sweetie Pie’s has fewer than ten locations still operating across the United States, down from a peak of more than a dozen. Most remaining sites are in the Midwest, with a concentration in Missouri and Illinois. The exact count can shift quickly as the company continues to close underperforming units.
Why Sweetie Pie’s Is Closing Locations
The chain has cited financial pressure, changing consumer habits, and post-pandemic challenges as reasons for the closures. Rising food and labor costs, combined with lower foot traffic in some markets, have made it difficult for many locations to remain profitable. In several cases, franchise owners have chosen to close rather than continue operating at a loss.
How to Find a Sweetie Pie’s Near You
To confirm whether a specific Sweetie Pie’s is still open, check the company’s official website or a trusted business directory. These platforms provide updated hours, addresses, and contact details for the remaining locations. Always verify directly before visiting, as hours and availability can change without notice.
