Major Chains Open on Thanksgiving
Several national pizza chains keep select locations open on Thanksgiving. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s often offer delivery and carryout from participating stores. Hours vary by city, and not every location participates. Check the brand website or app for your nearest open store.
Local Pizzerias and Independent Shops
Many independent pizzerias stay open on Thanksgiving, especially in urban areas. Some offer limited menus, while others focus on takeout and delivery. Call ahead or visit the restaurant’s website to confirm hours. Local business directories can also help you find nearby options.
How to Order Pizza on Thanksgiving
Plan ahead by ordering online, through an app, or by phone. Delivery times are often longer on holidays, so place your order early. If you prefer pickup, reserve a time slot when available. For a full list of participating restaurants, you can check the official Thanksgiving dining guides from major delivery platforms.
