Why Jon and Kate Plus 8 Ended
The reality series followed Jon and Kate Gosselin and their sextuplets and twins. After the show ended in 2010, the couple publicly announced their separation.
Following the divorce, the Gosselins engaged in a highly public custody battle. Courts ultimately granted primary physical custody to Kate, with Jon receiving visitation rights.
