Main Voice Cast of Bluey
The animated series Bluey features a core cast of child and adult voice actors. The title character, Bluey Heeler, is voiced by Brisbane child actress Bluey Heeler (no relation to the character). Her sister Bingo is voiced by Sam Simmons, while their parents are played by David McCormack and Melanie Zanetti.
How Bluey Casts Its Young Actors
The show’s producers hold open auditions across Australia, often selecting children with no prior professional experience. Casting director Deirdre Ferran focuses on natural, unscripted-sounding performances, which helps give the series its authentic childlike energy and humor.
Where to Watch Bluey
Bluey is produced by Ludo Studio and originally aired on ABC Kids in Australia. International audiences can stream the series on platforms such as Disney+, which carries the show in many regions with localized dubbing and subtitles.
