Defining the Worst Sith
The title of "worst Sith" often goes to Darth Sidious, also known as Emperor Palpatine. He orchestrated the fall of the Republic, manipulated the Jedi, and established a galaxy-spanning tyranny. His mastery of the dark side and political scheming made him the most destructive Sith in Star Wars history.
Notable Contenders
Darth Revan is a frequent contender, especially in Legends. His fall to the dark side led to the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War, causing immense suffering. Another figure is Darth Nihilus, whose insatiable hunger for Force energy consumed entire planets, leaving lifeless worlds in his wake.
Legacy and Impact
The worst Sith are defined by their lasting damage to the galaxy and the Jedi Order. Sidious’s rule resulted in the deaths of countless Jedi and citizens, reshaping the galactic political landscape for decades.
