Olympic Men's Curling Gold Medal Winners
Men's curling has been an Olympic sport since the 1998 Nagano Winter Games. The gold medal is awarded to the team that finishes first in the final round-robin and playoff matches at the Winter Olympics.
Recent Gold Medal Results
At the most recent Winter Olympics, Sweden won the men's curling gold medal after a strong tournament performance. Canada, Great Britain, and other traditional curling powers have also claimed gold in previous editions of the Games.
How Men's Curling Gold Is Decided
Teams compete in a round-robin format, then the top teams advance to playoff rounds. The final match determines the gold medal winner based on cumulative points, or ends, scored across ten ends per game.
